DESIGN MANAGER who has gained extensive experience spanning over 11 years. Career to date has involved the diagnosis, assessment and remediation of many different types of structural building failures with an emphasis on subsidence. Has significant experience in assessing and interpreting site investigation data in order to determine desiccation levels (for the purposes of both subsidence assessment and determining heave potential). Is aware of the various different site investigation techniques and their limitations. Has experience of identifying tree species and understands the varying influence different tree species can have on clay subsoil. Has experience with crack width and level monitoring.  Seeking an opportunity within loss adjusting where his subsidence knowledge can be utilised.
