BUILDING CONSULTANT who initially worked as an Estates Officer and in Health & Safety before moving into practice. He subsequently worked in loss adjusting between 2007 and 2009 principally as a project managed Perils Surveyor handling losses up to £150,000.  Returned to the industry in an environmental Surveyor role before redundancy.  In 2013 undertook the role of Northern Regional Surveyor Manager before being appointed to a Loss Adjuster role in 2020 dealing with major loss claims up to £200,000. More recently holding responsibility for claim assessment on residential subsidence claims.  Determining claim validity, instructing additional site investigations, mitigation, liability issues, on-site monitoring and instructing repairs and/or cash settlements.   Interested in looking at new opportunities in the industry.

Applicant Qualifications

Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.  MAPM.  MSc Construction and Project Management.  BSc Hons Building Surveying 2:1.
