HEAD OF PROPERTY who has gained 28 years experience. Currently has line management of five direct reports leading and managing the professional property and maintenance department.  Is responsible for the delivery of all strategic building and infrastructure ensuring that they are compliant and maintained to approved standards to ensure they remain fully operational and customer experience is maintained.  Optimises the internal resource of maintenance operatives and external contractors to best effect within the limitations of budget and operational restrictions to fully maintain sites.  Budget accountability with annual maintenance budget of £1.5 million pounds ensuring strategic focus and prioritising activities to achieve the Business Plan within these areas of responsibility.  Implements annual Capital projects programme to value of £3 million.  Seeking a building surveying role.

Applicant Qualifications

Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - AssocRICS.  Member of the Chartered Management Institute. TechIOSH. Member of the Chartered Institute of Building - MCIOB.  IMaPS. BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying – CIOB and RICS Accredited.  City & Guilds - Level 5 - IEMA Accredited Managing and Environmental Sustainability.  Level 5 Certificate in Management CMI Accredited, Operational Risk Leadership.  National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety – NEBOSH Level 3.  HND Building Services, City & Guilds Level 3 - Electronic Communications & Electro Technology Installation.
