LITIGATION PARALEGAL & ADVOCATE with experience gained in a variety of legal environments. Currently employed as a paralegal and advocate in the company's in house legal team where cases worked on predominantly involve breaches of contractual terms. Prepares reply to defences, witness statements, trial bundles and handling mediations on behalf of the company. Advises other internal departments on legal advice, communicating with the courts and defendants, attending court to advocate cases on behalf of the firm, for both in civil and criminal matters. Has also been given the significant responsibility of reviewing cases/decisions that may be suitable for appeal.

Applicant Qualifications

MA in Legal Practice & Legal Practice Course. Single Honours Law 2:1.
