HIGHLY EXPERIENCED SURVEYOR/PROJECT MANAGER who is experienced in both domestic and commercial environments in the insurance industry, private build sector and more recently the social housing sector. Excellent management skills in negotiating and managing contractors to drive costs down on projects but still able to achieve value for money. Proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships. Until recently, as a Maintenance Surveyor within social housing covered Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire and was responsible for 20,000 properties within Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
