Job Profile

Opportunity exists for a Regional Manager to join a loss adjusting operation within their Subsidence Services division.
Although based at home, you will be required to work periodically from regional offices, plus undertaking occasional client and customer visits as required.
You will be responsible for managing a team of approx. ten surveyors who handle subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery of teams performance and complaint resolution.
You will be able to take on instructions from internal managers and external clients, self-managing to conclusion.
You will have client responsibilities acting as headliner for chosen clients.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience within subsidence claims and also must be chartered with either MCIOB, MRICS, MICE or MIstructE.
You must have excellent communication and management skills and the ability to manage the teams performance and drive results and achieve targets.
