Knowledge incorporates handling household, commercial property and the full range of personal lines losses throughout Scotland. Currently works from a home base, dealing with a portfolio of domestic losses up to £100,000. Covers the whole of Scotland down to the Borders and on average carries out 9 new visits/claims per week.
