REPAIR ADVISER who has worked within a firm of loss adjusters for over 1 year. Currently responsible for managing property insurance claims with a case load of 100+. Liaises directly with policy holders, clients, brokers, contractors and loss adjusters and is the first point of contact for policy holders. Manages a network of contractors to ensure satisfactory property repairs are completed to a pre loss condition. Reviews and generates contractors estimates and invoices. Takes a leadership role within the team to drive colleagues motivation and work ethic.
