PROPERTY TEAM LEADER who has gained over 11 years’ experience. Currently responsible for undertaking an initial site inspection and reports on findings to create a job report to be issued to the relevant party. Carries out the scope of works required at each project. Completes method statements/asbestos and risk assessments in relation to the claims/projects. Carries out any additional site/processes risk assessments as required and liaises with insurance companies, loss adjusters and customers to update them throughout claims/projects.
