As a Client Manager/Broker involved in technical checks on the insurance documentation, consulting the clients, liaising with clients and insurance companies to solve any issues and queries. As a Loss Adjuster handled claims from the initial notification through to final settlement - inspected the claim, liaised with the claimant, identified the extent of loss and if coverable under the policy, negotiated with the claimant and prepared reports for the insurance companies.
