SENIOR CLAIMS HANDLER with strong background in brokers, who has gained over 6 years industry experience. Currently deals with accidents that clients have had whilst in a hire car. Is responsible for investigating liability and creating liability arguments if liability is in dispute. Books the hire vehicles in for repairs and invoices the non-fault files so the recoveries department can chase the third party at fault insurance company for the company’s outlays.
