EL/PL & PROPERTY CLAIMS EXPERT with 18 years’ experience defending multi-track and fast-track EL/PL/OL and motor claims, extending to highways, property damage, housing and judicial review. Acting for major insurers on behalf of multi-national insured customers, uniformed services, local authorities and the retail sector. Successfully ran and contributed to marketing and training events, securing new clients and broadening the profile of the firms worked for. Also provided training and supervision to junior colleagues and have acted as a colleague auditor, working closely with the quality and compliance teams to ensure that all KPIs and the highest standards are adhered to throughout the firm.

Applicant Qualifications

Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (including Solicitors Accounts), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, BA Hons 2:2.
