London City Construction & Engineering Unit of major loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its team through the appointment of an additional property adjuster to work alongside the senior Technical Directors.  You will handle high profile construction losses for both major composite insurers and on a project nomination basis, both in your own right and as part of a team.  The work will mainly be centred around London and the South East but there will also be the opportunity to travel overseas for international losses.  There are outstanding prospects for personal advancement dependent upon your level of commitment and ambition.

Applicant Requirements

Our client is prepared to consider candidates at different ends of the spectrum.  On the one hand they would be interested to hear from individuals working within a property adjusting role, but with an academic background in quantity surveying, possibly to degree level, who are looking to make a transition into a specialist construction adjusting role.  They will also consider MRICS qualified (QS Division) surveyors who are at a more advanced level and keen to specialise.  The basic salary range could be in excess of £50,000 plus bonus, plus car/allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
