Job Reference

Job Profile

Niche specialist loss adjusting practice seeks to further strengthen its national reputation within the high net worth sector through the appointment of a specialist fine arts adjuster.  You will work alongside two of the senior technical adjusters within the company and be trained ot handle a portfolio of pure fine arts risks, principally within London and the South East, but occasionally nationally and into continental Europe.  In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be required to work closely with a small number of dedicated principals in the Lloyd's and London Market, to ensure that relationships are maintained and enhanced.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must essentially have a BA in an Arts related degree e.g. Fine Arts, History of Art etc and in a perfect world you would have some background in insurance with a broker, insurer or loss adjuster but, above all, a genuine willingness to develop a career within loss adjusting, so that in 5-10 years' time you would be recognised as a market-leader within the fine arts field.  This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed and driven individual who is struggling to find the right career having had a background in fine arts. Salary is entirely dependent upon age and experience but the excellent benefits package includes company car, bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
