Job Profile

As an Account Handler you will provide a first class customer service to both high net worth and mid net worth individuals and commercially important clients, working closely alongside Account Executives to ensure all insurance needs are met.  You will take instructions to deal with necessary adjustments to policies and negotiate with insurers on renewal terms, working to achieve maximum retention. You will prepare reports for presentation to clients, comment on policy wordings and suggest improvements to covers, checking all documentation before issue. Additionally you will have involvement in developing new business opportunities and securing new clients within the high and mid net worth sector of the market.

Applicant Requirements

It is essential when applying for this position you possess a minimum of 3-5 years commercial insurance experience gained within a broking environment and preferably with experience in HNW sector of the market. The successful applicant will possess excellent broking, organisational, administration, communication and negotiation skills and be able to deliver a superior customer service.
