Job Profile

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a claims administrator to join a market leading loss adjusting practise in the West Midlands region. As the successful candidate you will assist clients by answering phone calls and general enquiries, register new claims onto the system in accordance with specific client requirements. You will deal with all incoming and outgoing mail. You will review and index incoming correspondence to the document management system. You will close cases in accordance with client requirements and fee structures. Other tasks will be to support the business plan as and when required to ensure company business objectives are met.

Applicant Requirements

As the successful candidate you will possess excellent computer literacy skills, be fast and accurate with your keyboard skills, have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to organise your own workload, be accurate and have a good eye for attention to detail, be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
