An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an industry leading claims management company. As the successful applicant you will manage a personal caseload of insurance claims from start to finish, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met. Acting as the first point of contact, individuals will need to ensure all information given to Policyholders, Clients and Suppliers are accurate. Liaising closely with all employees within the Operations Department; all aspects of the claim must be dealt with in an effective and efficient manner whilst following the correct procedures and guidelines.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will effectively and efficiently manage a personal caseload to ensure targets and services level agreements are met. You will act as the first point of contact and ensure that every Policyholder is kept updated on a weekly basis and effectively handle complaints. At all times you will maintain a professional manner whilst liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and customers. You will manage claims and control cost responsibility in alignment with the insurers philosophy. As standard you will maintain a high level of confidentiality while dealing with data and customer information. You must make proactive decisions and handle claims in accordance with company service and standards. On a daily basis you will provide required phone coverage as stipulated by your, or any other, Team Leader (or Deputy Team Leader). You will prepare for personal development reviews and provide evidence of your successes. You must ensure the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are adhered to at all times. From time to time you will be expected to carry out other duties and special projects in addition to key tasks which are within your skills and capability.
