Due to the continued growth of Complex Liability, an opening has developed for a Complex Liability Adjuster. Reporting to an office in London or Birmingham, you will primarily investigate and handle a wide range of high value and complex property liability claims typically in the areas of Public, Construction and Products between the Birmingham and North Home Counties areas from cradle to grave. Obviously given the current pandemic, home working will also be required and will only visit the office when required.. The position will also include a developmental function common to all Complex Adjusters, where you will be expected to meet with clients to enhance existing relationships and new relationships in the local/national market.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience of investigating, handling and settling high value/complex property liability claims, in particular public, construction, and product liability losses. However, may consider candidates with good experience in first property claims handling as an Adjuster or Surveyor with the desire and drive to develop into liability claims handling. You must be ACII or progressing towards ACILA qualification.
