One of the UK’s leading Loss Adjusters are now looking to strengthen their Commercial Property Desktop team and are looking for an experienced Bordereaux Claims Administrator where you will allocate, monitor, handle and authorise claims as well as managing claims through to settlement including payment management and MI reporting. Key responsibilities: Create, check and manage the TPA bordereaux MI and provide reconciliation of payments, incoming fund in line with SLA’s Validate payments.

This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Key responsibilities: Handling Disaster, Recovery & Restoration losses Dealing with all perils primarily from escape of water, flood and fire up to £50k with involvement of losses up to £1m Assess liability, negotiate, and settle claims Review digital evidence live from the insured's home with an onsite technician where you will agree immediate actions to be made on site Take steps to mitigate the damage and to minimise the disturbance caused to customers Manage your own caseload and management of the claim, providing a world-class customer service Keep control of the indemnity cost and speed of the settlement for your own portfolio Process and record all activity within strict timescales .
