Successful independent broker has a vacancy in North Yorkshire for a Commercial/Agricultural Health & Safety Executive.

Job Profile
Our client, a well-established independent broker is seeking to recruit a Commercial/Agricultural Health & Safety Executive in North Yorkshire. The role will involve providing health and safety advice and support to new and existing clients, making recommendations for improvements based upon information gathered from customers. Providing Health and Safety consultancy services in accordance with the levels agreed with each individual customer. Promoting the image of, the quality of and the service set by the company. Creating and maintaining good working relationships with customers and becoming an integral part in the Brokers professional offering. Ensuring all communications with customers are recorded and dealt with in accordance with the agreed systems. Liaising closely with Account Executives and Account Handlers concerning mutual customers.

Applicant Requirements
Prospective applicants must be NEBOSH/CMIOSH qualified and have knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation and of relevant company procedures. With experience from industry and ideally from an insurance background, you will be integral to undertaking and providing expertise to clients requiring assistance in their health, safety and risk management needs. You must be a personable, approachable and articulate individual with the ability to form and develop relationships with a variety of businesses from private individuals through to company Directors. Not only must you identify health and safety issues but you must be proficient in providing practical solutions.
