A new vacancy has arisen for a Motor Claims Controller to join a well respected insurance company within the Gloucestershire office. You will be responsible for quality monitoring and ensuring that your team achieves the agreed KPI and service targets. You will be responsible for the production of accurate, timely and meaningful reports. You will be responsible for the recruitment, discipline and training of all staff in the team. You will ensure an efficient and quality service is provided to internal and external customers. You will lead, or be involved in, identified projects and will represent their area on new initiatives.
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have relevant insurance experience and full understanding of insurance policy cover and claims processes and procedures. You will have experience of team management, including performance management, training and development, problem solving and decision making. You will have effective communication skills with both internal and external customers and staff. You will have well developed written skills to deal with complex letters, report writing and department plans. Educated to degree level advantageous together with holding ACII or be working towards.
