Nick Fraser - Director
Nick established Adjusting Appointments in 1984 having previously worked in the recruitment industry and is now joint owner of the parent company, Independent Appointments (UK) Ltd, following the completion of an MBO in October 2004. Alongside his Group responsibilities Nick still maintains a regular involvement in recruitment activity with his personal emphasis being on senior technical appointments, Manager/Director level activity and overseas. Much time is also dedicated to providing consultancy advice at all levels within the loss adjusting profession.
Rupert joined Adjusting Appointments in 1996 having previously spent 5 years in claims at Norwich Union. He has developed an invaluable knowledge of recruitment issues at all levels within the loss adjusting profession from Claims Technicians to Senior Managers including activity within the specialist areas of fraud, high nett worth and subsidence for clients throughout the UK. In 2004 he was appointed Unit Manager for Adjusting Appointments and is now responsible for running a highly successful team.
Andrew joined the team in January 2000, having previously spent 7 years with insurers and 3 years with adjusters, to improve upon the team's recruitment capabilities across the whole of the profession. His knowledge of the practices and principles of a loss adjuster enabled him to quickly establish himself as a consultant of some repute and he has continued to specialise in traditional property and liability appointments for wide-ranging firms throughout the UK.
Rob joined the team in summer 2006 having spent 1 year with UK Insurance Ltd in a dedicated new sales environment. He previously obtained a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent. Rob specialises in the appointment of claims technician staff both into and within the loss adjusting profession. He provides Adjusting Appointments with the final piece of the jigsaw in providing a total service for technical adjusting between Managing Director and junior level.
Anna joined Adjusting Appointments in the summer of 2004 as a graduate in Business Information Management with 4 years work experience in a recruitment role. She provides full administrative support to the team in terms of CV production, maintenance of personnel records and most importantly in managing the operation's significant advertising presence on a range of websites.
Julie Gregg - Personal Assistant
Julie provides full PA support to the Consultants. Julie has been with Independent Appointments for nearly 20 years and provides invaluable market and technical knowledge.
Tanya Widdop - Personal Assistant
Tanya joined Independent Appointments as a Personal Assistant in January 2007 having worked for the previous 4 years in various administrative roles. She provides full administration support to the Consultants.
