Donna previously spent 4 years working within the Financial Services Sector starting as a Sales Support Administrator working for Allied Dunbar then progressed to work on a one-to-one basis for an IFA carrying out full Paraplanning Support. Finally she progressed to work for a well-known Pensioneer Trustee House specialising in SSAS & SIPP's before moving into recruitment.

Ros joined Independent Appointments in 2000 and provides full Support and technical research for the Consultants. Ros also takes on the role of National Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Ros gained 8 years secretarial experience at a senior level within a variety of organisations.		  
 
 
  Marie Thompson - Personal Assistant

Marie joined Independent Appointments in June 2004 as a Personal Assistant/Recruitment Administrator to the Consultants. With several years administrative experience, she provides full administrative support which includes CV production, updating systems, and vacancy advertisement. Marie additionally assists with accountancy and compliance matters for the company.
