A former practicing lawyer, Demi was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 having trained and practiced with a large national practice in Leeds/Manchester Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Following a few years of practice, he subsequently moved into legal recruitment in 2001 and became an associate director with an independent legal recruiter; Anakin Seal Legal. Demi recently joined Independent Appointments in 2011 with a view to handling strategic fee earner hires (In-house/Private Practice), whilst also offering recruitment solutions to legal practices/organisations within the UK
